Terms & Conditions
Last updated 2026. Please read these terms carefully before entering any raffle.
1. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. By entering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Employees of RaffleTech and their immediate families may not enter.
2. Skill-based competitions
All RaffleTech competitions are skill-based. To enter, you must correctly answer the multiple-choice skill question shown on each raffle. Entries with an incorrect answer are not eligible to win and will not be allocated a ticket.
3. Entry methods
You may enter by purchasing one or more tickets, or for free by post. The free postal route carries the same chance of winning as a paid entry. Full instructions are on our free postal entry page. A maximum of one free postal entry per person, per raffle, is permitted.
4. Ticket limits
To keep competitions fair, no individual may hold more than 20% of the total tickets in any single raffle, regardless of entry method.
5. How raffles close
Each raffle closes either at a fixed end date and time, or once all available tickets have been sold — whichever is stated on the raffle. Once a raffle is closed, no further entries are accepted.
6. The draw & instant wins
Winners are selected using a provably-fair, randomised draw. Some — but not all — raffles also feature instant-win ticket numbers; where offered, these are clearly shown on the raffle page. Where no instant wins are listed, none are available for that raffle.
7. Prizes
Prizes are as described on the relevant raffle page. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners will be contacted using the details they provided.
8. Liability
We run the platform with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for issues caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any raffle is limited to the amount you paid to enter that raffle. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Responsible play
Please enter responsibly and only spend what you can afford. If you feel your participation is becoming a problem, support is available through BeGambleAware.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms or any raffle can be sent to our support team via the address on our free postal entry page.
